New back up care copays take effect 11/15/24

Effective November 15, 2024, copays will be required for reservations through Bright Horizons
Back-Up Care™. Benefit-eligible employees will still have access to up to seven back-up care days per calendar year.

The copays are as follows:

• $15 per child/day or $25 per family/day for center-based child care; and
• $6 per hour for in-home child and adult care.

All programs remain accessible through your Bright Horizons site.
