Enroll in the GO MOVE Challenge

Faculty and staff, it’s time to get moving! Join the 14th annual Go Move Challenge by logging your intentional, heart-pumping physical activity. Your minutes help determine which Jesuit institution is the most active.

Awards will be given for the most total minutes, the highest average minutes per participant, and the highest average minutes adjusted for university size.

Do you want to be part of a fun and new community that promotes well-being on campus and beyond?

Now’s your chance — build your own healthy habits, then share simple GUWellness tools with your team and community. It’s ~1-2 hours/month — including a brief onboarding and monthly Zoom touchpoints, trying one micro-habit and passing along resources in your department.
