Calm

Reduce your anxiety and reclaim your sense of Calm

We all have anxious moments from time to time.

But persistent anxiety can take a toll on your physical and mental health. One simple yet effective tip is to practice mindful breathing for one minute whenever you are anxious. This can help you reset and recenter yourself.

Additionally, try the following curated mindfulness resources from Calm to reduce your anxiety levels:

  • Ground Yourself in the Body
    • In this 3-minute session with Jay Shetty, he’ll help you combat stressful and anxious emotions through a quick grounding exercise.
  • Anxiety Release
    • In this 10-minute session with Elisha Goldstein, you’ll practice saying positive affirmations to start letting go of your anxiety.
  • The Anxiety Spiral
    • In this 5-minute session with Mel Mah, you’ll be guided to do some full-body movements to release any tension and anxiety in your body. Then, you’ll do a short guided meditation to release your anxious thoughts from your mind.
  • Alpha Waves and Rain for Deep Relaxation
    • Soothe your anxious mind with some ambient music and return to a state of calm. The ten music tracks containing alpha waves and rain sounds will guide you toward deep relaxation.

Try one of the resources above in the Calm app and feel more at ease today.
