Challenge: 31-Day Self-Care Challenge

Complete one small activity each day to support your mental well-being. Print the Self-Care Challenge Calendar and check off each task—from mindful breathing to acts of kindness.


Challenge: Declutter Your Mind (May 1–31)

Clear your mental and physical space by dedicating 10–15 minutes each day to reduce clutter. Research shows that cluttered environments increase stress and hinder rest, focus, and well-being.

How to Participate:

  • Log in or register at carefirst.com/wellbeing
  • Go to Achieve > Challenges
  • Select Declutter Your Mind and click Join Challenge
  • Track your stress for at least 21 days in May

Bonus Tip: Use the iPhone voice tracker or the manual input tool to reflect on your stress levels.
