| Business Travel Accident (BTA) |
- The University provides business travel accident insurance at no cost to you. BTA benefits are available for employees traveling more than 100 miles from their worksite, for up to 14 days, on University business. The maximum benefit payable is $500,000, subject to a $2.5million maximum aggregate amount payable for any single accident. BTA is insured by Reliance Standard Life.

| Retirement & Savings Benefits |
- Voluntary Contribution Retirement Plan: optional, a defined contribution plan, entirely funded by pre-tax employee contributions, supplements the DC Plan.
- Savings Bonds: Georgetown University sponsors a plan whereby you may purchase United States Series EE Savings Bonds. These bonds are Treasury Securities that earn interest at market rates for up to 30 years. The purchase price of a bond is 50% of its face amount.

- Long-term care insurance covers a range of personal care services you might need if you cannot care for yourself due to a temporary or permanent illness or injury. You can purchase individual policies through the Todd Benefits Group ("TBG"). These individual policies have special permanent group discounts when purchased by Georgetown University employees.

- Child Care: Hoya Kids Learning Center, an on-site facility, for children from 18 months old to 5 years old, accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, fees vary according to income level, separate facility and policy at GU Law Center.
- Faculty and Staff Assistance Program: assists faculty and staff and their families with professional and personal concerns, provided at no cost to employee, provides short term and crisis counseling, coordinates wellness programs, confidential.
- Training and Development: provides individual classes as well as a Professional Management Certificate Program, available to all employees, paid for by the employees' departments.
- Chaplain to the Staff: available for personal, professional, and spiritual development of staff, provided at no cost to staff member, private and confidential.
- Parking/Transportation: on-campus and satellite options available, paid for by pre-tax payroll deduction, price varies according to income level and site, free shuttle service to Wisconsin Avenue, Dupont Circle, Arlington, and Law Center, free motorist assistance, pre-tax Metrocheck.
- Credit Union: Hoya Federal Credit Union offers financial products and services to GU faculty, staff, and their families.
